Caroline Okolo brings over 36 years of work experience from various industries. With her business and marketing background, she has navigated corporate America in supporting roles with heads of industries and private organizations, utilizing her organizational skills and creative talent as required in her various roles.
BIOGRAPHY
Prior to her current position as Partner and Chief Operating Officer of Phinehas, LLC, an insurance agency located in Laurel, Maryland, Caroline has worked in the pharmaceutical sales space for over 16 years, in tandem with pharmaceutical sales executives and their sales team across multiple continents. In addition, her managerial role at McDonald’s Corporation, exposed her to the creative world of new business development as an office and project manager with McDonald’s Award winning 360 Degree team which created the now popular “redbox” brand that was eventually sold off to venture capitalists.
Caroline has brought her dedication and passion to serve in the role she has currently undertaken in the US Insurance industry. She embarked on this journey 3 years ago and is now a Licenced Insurance Broker, with licence to operate in over 13 States in the US. Caroline has excelled in her pursuit to serve and educate the disenfranchised in utilizing insurance as a wealth building tool. She now runs an agency in partnership with two other dynamic women in Laurel, Maryland, with a singular purpose of impacting the community she serves with the knowledge and intelligence to create generational wealth utilizing insurance as a financial solution. Caroline studied Business Administration and Marketing at Southeastern University, Washington, DC.
